Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments must be booked in advance. Availability is subject to change. In-home visits are offered based on location and scheduling availability.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Program pricing and session fees are provided upfront. Myo Moves Mountains does not offer direct insurance billing. Clients are responsible for submitting receipts to their insurance provider if applicable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

Programs & Packages

Programs and session packages are non-refundable once started. Sessions included in a program or package must be used within the specified time frame.

Scope of Services

Myo Moves Mountains provides myofunctional therapy services focused on habit elimination, oral posture, breathing, and related functional support. Services are educational and therapeutic in nature and are not a substitute for medical, dental, or mental health care.

 

Client Responsibility

Client participation and follow-through are essential for progress. Results vary based on individual circumstances and commitment to recommended exercises and habits.
